U2OS cells stably expressing Beta-3 adrenergic Receptor and cAMP Biosensor
Description
cAMP NOMAD Cells are cell lines stably co-expressing tag-free GPCRs and cAMP NOMAD Biosensor to monitor G-protein modulation by cAMP release. Each vial of cAMP NOMAD B3 adrenoceptor (ADRB3) Receptor Cell Line contains U2OS cells stably expressing the following constructs:
human B3 adrenoceptor (ARDB3) with no tag;
cAMP NOMAD Biosensor (Red Fluorescence).
cAMP NOMAD B3 adrenoceptor (ADRB3) Cell Line allows to assay compounds analyzing the G-Protein signalling pathway by cAMP involving receptor activation. When an agonist binds to ADRB3 a G protein is activated which, in turn, triggers a cellular response mediated by cAMP. This leads to an increase of red fluorescence intensity of cAMP biosensor. So, the activity can be easily quantified on living cells in a dose-response manner by fluorescence emission in a microplate reader.
