[EC 828] SequaGel UreaGel 29:1 Concentrate, 1 Liter

The [EC 828] SequaGel™ UreaGel 29:1 Concentrate (1 Liter) is a high-purity, pre-mixed acrylamide/bisacrylamide solution specifically formulated for denaturing polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE) used in DNA and RNA sequencing, mutation detection, and nucleic acid fragment analysis.

The 29:1 acrylamide to bisacrylamide ratio produces optimal crosslinking for sharp, high-resolution separation of single-stranded nucleic acids under denaturing conditions (typically 6–8 M urea). When combined with urea and buffer solutions, SequaGel™ UreaGel forms uniform, low-background sequencing gels compatible with manual and automated sequencing systems.
